Tracy Andersen
While raising her young family, Tracy commenced her Real Estate Industry career in 1995 and completed her Real Estate Licence Certification.
After a chance meeting in 2005, Tracy was offered a position with the Maclean team, which she accepted. She started in Reception and Property Management, but with the growth of the Sales Department, soon progressed to Sales Support. Tracy is now an integral member of the Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka Team and is a licenced Real Estate Agent.
Now almost two decades on, Tracy’s role has evolved into the Senior Sales Support position she holds today. Seeing incredible change within the Real Estate Industry during this time, Tracy’s agile mindset and ability to adapt to changing conditions has enabled her to develop new skills and continually acquire knowledge, helping the team along the journey.
Assisting five full-time Sales Agents and providing training and leadership to the other support staff, Tracy is considered a ‘rock’ within the business. Leading the end-to-end administration process for every listing and sale, including the processing and reconciliation of all Trust transactions. Liaising with Vendors, Purchasers and Conveyancers associated with every sale, Tracy goes above and beyond exceeding the clients’ expectations, ensuring a smooth progression to a satisfactory outcome every time.
Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka is known for its innovative presentations and adoption of technological advances for the best showcase of clients’ valuable properties. Tracy has developed her role in this area and applied her skills to enhance Raine & Horne’s presence on the internet and social media platforms. Compiling complex submissions to secure valuable listings, managing the advertising schedules and securing placement of advertisements in local and regional publications for its clients.
Each year since 2008, Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka has been involved in fund raising for Cystic Fibrosis. Tracy is the key lead on the event, organising and coordinating the annual Coast 2 Course Charity Day – a 23km walk along the coast from Brooms Head to Yamba. Securing donations and sponsorship from all aspects of the community, the role involves hours of input, many in addition to her usual business activities and outside working hours. To date, the event has raised almost $100,000 for the charity.
Tracy will greet you with a smile and is always happy to help in any way she can to make every interaction smooth and enjoyable. Tracy enjoys connecting with the community and building on the many relationships she has formed during her time at Raine & Horne. Tracy is a mum of two young men and in her free time, loves a spot of fishing and exploring all that the beautiful Clarence Valley has to offer.
