Terms and Conditions: WIN a Weekend away at either Bright Point on Magnetic Island or The Aquarius On The Beach Competition

Eligibility:
- The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Employees, immediate family members of Raine & Horne Townsville or Raine & Horne Magnetic Island are not eligible to participate.
Entry:
- Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided Raine & Horne Townsville & Magnetic Island, which may include but are not limited to social media posts, online forms, or other competition entry methods.
- Entries must be received by liking the Raine & Horne Magnetic Island Facebook page, like the post corresponding to the post and share to your page, all steps must be followed to be considered as a valid entry. Late entries will not be accepted.
Prize:
- The prize consists of Two Night stay at One Bright Point Magnetic Island or The Aquarius On the Beach. Competition address is 2104/146 Sooning Street, Nelly Bay QLD or 75-77 The Strand, North Ward QLD. Apartment number is non-negotiable.
- This prize includes accommodation only and does not cover additional expenses such as travel costs, meals, or activities.
- The prize in non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
- Competition closes midnight of 25^th July 2024 and the winner will be contacted on 26^th July 2024.
- The winner will be notified via social media. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 business days, another winner may be selected at the discretion of Raine & Horne Magnetic Island.
Redemptions:
- The winner must redeem the prize within the specified timeframe as communicated by Raine & Horne Townsville.
- The booking is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
- Two-night stay must be taken during off peak season.
- Booking date is not valid for use during Public Holidays or other specified. Booking date is not confirmed until accepted by Raine & Horne Townsville.
- Dates are based on availability and not to be redeemed during peak season.
- The winner must comply with all terms and condition of the competition and guideline set out by One Bright Point Magnetic Island and Raine & Horne Magnetic Island.
Publicity:
- By entering the competition, participants grant Raine & Horne Townsville & Magnetic Island the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

Limitation of Liability:
- One Bright Point Magnetic Island, The Aquarius On The Beach or Raine & Horne Magnetic Island or Townsville, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or the prize.
- Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless One Bright Point Magnetic Island and Raine & Horne Townsville from any claims arising out of their participation in this competition.
General:
- One Bright Point Magnetic Island and Raine & Horne Townville reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By Participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
