My house in Bedrock Court was rented but my tenant lost their job, the financial burden was overwhelming and I made a decision to sell my house. I spoke with the manager of Raine and Horne Steve Leaumont who helped me sign house documents for my daughter to buy her first house in Ipswich. Because I lived out of town quite a distance from Townsville Raine and Horne and in particular Steve Leaumont came to my rescue, he literally organised everything. I required a house cleaner, a gardener, a pool cleaner and a legal team to prepare the house documents. After much preparation my house was ready for the market. Mr Steve Leaumont did an incredible job for me; he worked tirelessly with a passionate heart to help me living so far away to get my house ready for sale. I needed a pool certificate for sale but more gardening was required, Mr Leaumont went out of his way and beyond the calling of just selling my house, he helped the gardener with the removal of some trees boarding the pool fence to get the pool safety certificate.
