Role: Property Manager

With a successful sales team and a well-structured and run property management department, we have an opportunity for a motivated, well-organised experienced Property Manager to join our growing property management team. You will lead the day-to-day management of an established portfolio of residential properties, supported by a dedicated Property Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage arrears effectively
• Oversee repairs and maintenance
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodical inspections
• Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings if necessary

About You:

• Experienced Property Manager with strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor with tenants and landlords
• Uphold our reputation and ethical standards
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle
