Matt our Director and Principal of the Budgewoi office is a fully licensed real estate agent & auctioneer with a strong belief that communication and transparency in dealing with the sale or purchase of someone's home is vital to its managed success. He is considered a real estate expert among colleagues and carries a diverse client base where he combines a wealth of experience and successes acquired over 20 years in property sales.

General Manager and Principal of Toukley, Kerry Rogers capably overseas the daily business operations of Raine & Horne Toukley | Budgewoi and supports the property management team. 

Sales Agent Mark Griffiths made the transition into the Real Estate Industry after achieving outstanding success as the owner of a small manufacturing business in Sydney. His enthusiasm, dedication and hard work are only surpassed by his professional approach with his clients and his strong family and community values. 

Nick Hinchliffe begun his career in real estate with us as a Sales Trainee, he brings an energetic and enthusiastic approach to his new role, enjoying the opportunity to meet people and assist buyers and sellers in their property journey and share his local knowledge of our coastal area.

Recently joining the team, Alistair Slade brings over 25 years sales experience in a number of industries and is an honest, reliable, and effective communicator dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

Leading the Property Management team is Senior Property Manager, Elaine Zajicek who is passionate and knowledgeable about the northern Central Coast property market and experts in guiding landlords and tenants through the complete property management experience. The PM team, including Amy Corbett, Catherine Auld, Paige Andrews & Tiffany Cook bring many years of combined property management experience to the business and offer help, support and advice to landlords whilst building long lasting relationships with all of our clients.

Our Administrator's, Katy Davison & Jacinda Sprenkeler support the busy Sales and Property Management teams and will welcome you with a smiling face or happy voice when calling our offices.
