Sale of our property I have known Chas for a few years. I asked him to sell my mothers house. We made an appointment. Chas viewed to property and suggested a price. He offered a great advertising package. The house went on the marketI had an offer within the first week . The house was sold within a month for a good price very close to the sale price.
