I have lived in the Shire for the past 24 years, either as a tenant or a landlord and Sam is the best real estate agent I've come across. She makes being a landlord in this town a whole lot easier. I just wanted to let you know that Mark and I are extremely happy with the work Sam does as our property manager. She's extremely thorough, always contacts us in a timely manner when required, and looks after our best interests as well as our tenants. We have a few other properties at different locations, and have had no end of problems with the property managers. Sam has been exceptional since she has taken over as our property manager. I have been a property owner and landlord since 1989 and over these years have had and have properties in both NSW and QLD. With all my properties I have to deal with many real estate agents and property managers, some capable and some not so capable. Even though I have left the management of my properties in the hands of property managers I never felt confident enough to give any of them full control until four years ago. Well , the truth is your job is crazy demanding , finding the balance of representing the landlords and their property and ensuring the rights and protection of tenants. You seem to have navigated through this and come through as a decent human who is a true professional. Raine and Horne are very fortunate to have you in their employ!!
