- Raine & Horne strengthens its reach on Sydney’s Lower North Shore
Raine & Horne has launched a strategically located new office in St Leonards, in the heart of Sydney’s dynamic Lower North Shore, led by respected real estate professional James Cui.
Mr Cui, who has switched his independent agency, Field & Urbanite, to Raine & Horne holds a master’s degree in accounting from Macquarie University. He brings a wealth of experience in project marketing and sales, small residential project development, and has built a strong professional network that will set him apart in the St Leonards real estate market.
“Raine & Horne has a long history in St Leonards, and we are delighted that James, and his team have joined our super brand,” said Mr Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne.
“We have offices strategically located across Sydney’s Lower North Shore at Mosman, Northbridge, Willoughby and Lane Cove and opening in St Leonards now enables us to cover a key part of one of Australia’s most dynamic real estate regions.”
“An influx of new high rise developments has permanently transformed the skyline of St Leonards,” Mr Raine continued.
“The proliferation of apartments and mixed-use buildings in this area affirms St Leonards’ standout qualities and makes it a strategically sound move in our expansion plans for the prestigious Lower North Shore market.”
Mr Raine added, “We’ve been working in this area for over four decades. St Leonards is close to everything — world-class infrastructure such as the Royal North Shore Hospital, major transport hubs including the train and new metro stations, the vibrant Crows Nest restaurant and café strip, and of course, the Sydney CBD.”
Mr Raine added, “I look forward to working with James and the team to ensure the St Leonards community benefits from Raine & Horne’s award-winning service and cutting-edge innovations, such as our AI-powered social media marketing platform, Amplify.”
