- Long term Raine & Horne principal launches Raine & Horne Redland Bay
A long-term Raine & Horne principal Denise Quick has shifted states to launch a new office in the Redland Bay area, which is on the cusp of a significant population explosion.
Ms Quick, who has regularly been among the Superbrand’s Top 20 Principals for sales nationally since 2000 will lead the brand new Raine & Horne Redlands Bay office after moving to Queensland from Yamba in Northern NSW.
The award-winning principal has shifted to Redlands Bay for family reasons and for the opportunity to operate in a dynamic residential property market with outstanding growth opportunities.
Ms Quick said, “I have been eyeing off the Bayside region in Brisbane for a while now as it’s in a growth corridor in Queensland, and there are plenty of development projects happening in this region.
“The Queensland Government has earmarked the region for residential development and will support it with billions in infrastructure spending. Over the next decade, the Bay area will be one of the fastest-growing population hubs in Queensland.”
She continued, “Redland Bay already has plenty going for it with excellent real estate affordability with family homes starting from the low $500,000s, great lifestyle because it’s in the Bayside region and it’s only a 40-minute commute to the Brisbane CBD.”
Positive start for new office
Already, Raine & Horne Redland Bay has hit the ground running with a handful of listings, including a lovely three-bedroom house at 59 Main Street, Redland Bay, which is on the market for offers between $510,000 and $560,000.
“Demand for homes in Redland Bay is robust with multiple offers for every property for sale. This demand is enabling most vendors to achieve prices well-above expectation,” Ms Quick said. “However, listings are thin on the ground, which is good news for vendors considering a spring sale.
Delivering Raine & Horne’s technology innovation to Bayside
Ms Quick said she was delighted to deliver Raine & Horne’s suite of technology firsts, such as Amplify, the digital marketing platform, which uses social media to market properties. There is also DigiKitPlus, the Group’s latest iteration of its first-to-market digital proposal platform and innovative CRM, CompassPlus.
“My new office was previously with another real estate franchise group, and we churned it across to our group,” Ms Quick said.
“Satisfyingly, all the staff have agreed to stay with me, and they have been pleasantly surprised by Raine & Horne’s leading-edge technology and the level of hands-on support from Corporate.
“I knew my new staff would be impressed given my twenty years with Raine & Horne as I know that the level of support we get and the processes our Group delivers are far superior to anything else being offered in the market.
“We have also beefed up the administration and property management team with several new hires and are seeking to employ more sales staff.”
Raine & Horne’s technology leadership will also prove a fillip for Bayside vendors and buyers, Ms Quick said.
“It’s very exciting to be able to bring a high-end client focused approach to owner-occupiers, investors and buyers in the Bayside region through our use of cutting-edge technology and processes.
