Shabina Yakub

Shabina has a natural flair for customer service and intuitively reads what her clients are looking for, even when they haven’t articulated to her in detail. Shabina’s ability to observe her client’s needs and listening to their wants has made her a favourite in the industry. 

Shabina was born into an enterprising family, so customer service and people skills are in her DNA. Her passion for real estate came from renting when living away from home studying in a foreign country. She realised that the right property could change somebody’s world. 

She is no stranger to moving. She moved from Fiji to New Zealand then to Western Australia. You might ask why so many changes. Being enterprising young student, the love for further studies sent her packing from Fiji to New Zealand. Then her husband’s job transfer led her to Western Australia. Keeping the family together and the love for travelling was a no brainer for her.

Shabina has been in her own business for 20 years. She is a natural born leader who embraces challenges. She will navigate her clients from the moment they meet till they have achieved their goals. It is always a wonderful experience, both for her and her clients. 

Shabina's positive, vibrant energy entwined with her passion for understanding people's needs, puts her at the forefront of her game. 

Besides real estate Shabina loves reading, travelling, cooking, hiking/walking, knitting, pottery, writing and spending time with her family.
