Iconic ballet company finds new home in Brisbane’s north

Award-winning commercial property firm, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North, led by Trent Bruce, has secured a new home for Ballet Theatre of Queensland – the state’s oldest and premier not-for-profit independent youth ballet company.

The much-loved dance company has relocated from 57 Haward Street, Stafford to 12 a Windora Street[i] in the same suburb, following Brisbane City Council’s rezoning of the new location for specialist use. The leasing campaign was managed by Trent Bruce and colleague Dave Miller.

Brisbane North Commercial juggernaut sweeps top honours at industry awards

Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North was a standout performer at the recent Raine & Horne Queensland State Awards, collecting multiple honours across the commercial categories and underscoring the strength of its business operations.

The Kedron-based commercial property powerhouse proved dominant in the office award categories by winning Top Commercial Office for GCI and Top Commercial Office for Number of Sales Transactions. Trent Bruce was named Top Commercial Auction Lister, while director Lawrence Temple won Top Commercial Salesperson for Sales Transactions and Top Commercial Salesperson for Sales GCI

Lawrence also received the Top Commercial Leasing Agent award for Leasing Dollar Value. Other members of the Kedron-based office, including Leisa Sharp, Sam Mangano, and Carolyn Brookes, earned recognition in the Chairman’s Club for Property Management. Additionally, Trent, Lawrence, and Jack Hawkes were included in the Chairman’s Club Salespeople Commercial - Platinum category.
