The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($400) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent, and a rental bond of 4 weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.

It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service.
