There is power and phone connected , tank water and the property is located approx 45 minutes to Casino, 50 minutes to Grafton and 10 minutes to Rappville village with gravel road access to the property along Old Tenterfield Road. Outside Pets may be considered on application with the knowledge that the property is not fenced.
