Some furniture, white goods and household items can be included if required, to be discussed upon successful application. Also the solar system is not in use.

There is power and phone connected , the property has sufficient supply of tank water and is located approx 45 minutes to Casino, 50 minutes to Grafton and 10 minutes to Rappville village with gravel road access to the property along Old Tenterfield Road.

Outside Pets may be considered on application with the knowledge that the property is not fenced, own fencing would need to be provided.

We also have paper applications in our office which are available for collection. NOTE: We will not be accepting applications submitted on other portals such as Snug or Ignite.

The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($300) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent, and a rental bond of 4 weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.

It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service.
