Been renting with Raine & Horne for 2.5 Years, recently when we decided to move out due to needing a more spacious place, we had to break the lease. Our Property Manager changed at the same time. Jemma Pearson was our new property manager. She handled our Lease break process very smoothly, she availed all the information we requested promptly, dealt fairly with charges & returned the bond to our account without any undue delay. Jemma is a legend, I would recommend her as the PM for any future tenant.
