Introducing Debbie…

A member of our commercial property team since October 2022, Debbie cut her teeth in the property industry in residential sales and property management before a 10-year stint in the travel industry, where she worked in management with Flight Centre. 

After leaving travel, Debbie wanted a different challenge and worked for a period in the retail sector. She returned to real estate and property management with Raine & Horne Commercial Wollongong after relocating to the Illawarra from Sydney.

Debbie maintains that her 20 years of experience in customer service in residential real estate, retail and the travel industry has given her broad skillsets and business knowledge to support her commercial property investors and small business clients. 

It is also valuable that Debbie has her own online small business specialising in homewares. Debbie established the SME to help fund a charity foundation supporting the building of a school in a village in Malawi, Africa and supporting its students. Highly efficient and dedicated to the cause, Debbie efficiently manages her business and charitable work side-by-side with her work as a successful commercial property manager. 

Moreover, Debbie’s own small business experience and straightforward approach assist her in connecting with the needs of a broad range of clients, whether it’s the owner of a substantial warehouse in Bellambi or a tenant in a retail shopfront in Wollongong CBD – and she always goes above and beyond to find solutions no matter with whom she is dealing.
