Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

1.2. Employees of Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Participants must have a valid and active social media account on the platform where the competition is hosted.

How to Enter:

2.1. To enter the competition, participants must like the post, tag a friend using the @ symbol and like/follow the page on that platform.

2.2. Only one entry per person is allowed per prize, per platform unless otherwise specified in the competition rules.

Competition Period:

3.1. The competition will run from 01/12/23 to 21/12/23, and all entries must be submitted within this period. Each prize will have a competition run period stated within the competition announcement.

Prize:

4.1. The prize for this competition is set out within the announcement of the competition.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

4.3. Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

4.4. The Prize must be collected from the Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga office at 112 Fitzmaurice Street, Wagga Wagga, during opening hours. Please check opening hours prior to collection.

Winner Selection:

5.1. Winners will be randomly selected using a digital name generator at wheelofnames.com

5.2. The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.

Notification of Winners:

6.1. Winners will be notified through the social media platform on which they entered within 2 days of the competition's end date.

6.2. Winners must respond within 2 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity Release:

7.1. Winners agree to the use of their names, and submitted content for promotional purposes by Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga without additional compensation.

Rights to Entries:

8.1. By entering the competition, participants grant Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their entry for promotional and marketing purposes.

Disqualification:

9.1. Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

Privacy:

10.1. Personal information collected for the competition will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

General Conditions:

11.1. Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

11.2. Participants are responsible for compliance with the rules and regulations of the Social Media Platform they are entering on.

Governing Law:

By participating in this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
