Rob was open, honest, insightful and extremely professional in all our dealings with him since our first meeting in December when he showed us the 4 properties we had requested to view. He has an excellent understanding of the market and the particular characteristics of the Mollymook/Ulladulla market compared to other nearby areas and compared to the Canberra/Sydney market. Rob took a great interest in us personally, our plans , family needs/wants etc and listened to our reactions and responses to the properties we viewed. He discerned from our discussions the type of beach house we had hoped to find (which wasn't any of the ones we had chosen to view on line) and showed us the property that actually matched our hopes and had just come on the market.
