Being in my 30th year of selling Real Estate in the Two Wells, Lewiston, Adelaide Plains and Gawler Districts, I have become a part of the community to say the least. I am a Licenced Real Estate Agent as well as Auctioneer; selling vacant land,  Residential & Rural properties  both by private treaty and Auction.  I also conduct clearing sales, charity and sporting club Auctions throughout the area in my spare time.

 

I Remember When I first started selling Real Estate; Lewiston was an open farming land with very few trees. I was fortunate enough to be  involved in the initial marketing of the 2 and 2 1/2  acre allotment in the Harniman Estate, Hams Park, Aunger Estate, Hancock Estate, Illingworth Estate and the Post Estate all of which are now fully established as we see them today.

 

It really gives you a great sense of satisfaction to look at these Estates today knowing that you have had an involvement in the creation of them all.  Over the years I have had countless numbers of properties within the Gawler and The Greater Adelaide Plains Districts many of which are for repeat Property Owners  – A testimony within itself – that upon dealing with me in business and being satisfied with my service they have come back to deal with me again and again (and referring family and friends) My Property Owners are my number one priority, I always work for them to achieve their desired results.
