Mr Raine continued, “The past couple of years of border closures and lockdowns have meant that human-based interaction has been on the backburner. In Queensland, the appointments of Ms Teegan Benjamin and Ms Katrina Wise will bolster the existing support that the Raine & Horne corporate team offers the state. With new offices in the pipeline, Ms Benjamin and Ms Wise’s assignments will support training, growth, and development opportunities.

Mr Raine noted that the focus on building out the corporate team facilitated development opportunities for agents, through in-person training, business support and greater accessibility.

“While every member of our corporate team is accessible, having on the ground brand advocates can facilitate a greater depth of engagement with our offering, whether that be our technology, training or product suite.”

The brand’s head office in Sydney is benefiting from the appointment of Ms Isabel Nixon, to support the brand’s graphic design needs and Ms Alexandra Lucas who joins the award-winning products and training team.

These appointments mean that the Marketing and Training & Products teams are fully resourced, providing support to the network in every capacity.

Mr Raine said, “We take the requirements of our network very seriously and are constantly listening and adapting to ensure our offering is second-to-none.”
