Paul started in the real estate industry in 1983 after working for the State Crown Solicitor’s office for 8 years. Pauls entry into Real Estate was in Bankstown as a property manager.

After gaining his Real Estate licence he opened up as the principal and owner of Richardson & Wrench Cronulla which he successfully ran for several years.

Paul then moved to the coast and bought Ray White The Entrance in 1995 and expanded the business to include offices at Berkeley Vale and Tumbi Umbi.

Paul now is the proprietor and licensee of Raine & Horne Killarney Vale | The Entrance.

Paul’s 40 years’ experience in Real Estate means that he has seen all types of markets and successfully sold every kind of property for his clients including several record prices obtained through Paul’s excellent negotiation skills and professional experience in marketing.
