Nicole’s connection to the Gold Coast runs deep. Being married to a local Aussie has given me a strong sense of community and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances that make this place special. My husband and I have invested in property since 2012 on the Gold Coast. This has allowed me to develop an intimate knowledge of the local market, its trends, and the unique charm that attracts people from all over the world.

Prior to entering the real estate world, I spent 10 years with a top 10 airline, honing my communication skills and building a strong ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. This experience, coupled with my 4 years in real estate, allows me to understand the needs and concerns of international clients with ease. My dedication to exceeding expectations is evident in my achievements – earning Premier Performer recognition in 2019/2020, Elite Performer and Number 9 in Project Team Australia in 2020/2021, and Premier Performer again in 2021/2022.

My passion lies in providing exceptional service that goes the extra mile, especially for overseas buyers who often require additional support and guidance.  Being fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin allows me to bridge the communication gap, build trust, and create long-lasting relationships with my clients.
