Brendon (BJ) has property in his genes. After school he contemplated architecture before deciding to follow in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. And he’s never looked back.

He’s a third generation real estate agent and a chip off the old block. But Brendon is also one of the most knowledgeable of agents, who thinks outside the box and has carved a successful career in his own right.

What sets Brendon apart is his energy and market expertise. His job is not just to sell houses but to know and articulate what’s going on. This knowledge gives his clients the edge, and brings them great results.

When people stop Brendon in the street to ask what’s happening they get an answer informed by hours of research, conversation and observation. He keeps his ear to the ground, and an eye on future plans for the Sunbury area.

He’s a local lad who grew up around here and has seen first-hand the exciting changes and developments. It’s brought many people to town who Brendon now gets to meet and help.

He loves that no day is the same, but that every day he makes a difference to the lives of people and their families – to their finances, opportunities and happiness.

Brendon his a good communicator who really listens. He has effective systems in place to deliver quality customer service and also works long hours to get the job done well.

When he needs to switch off Brendon travels or heads outdoors with his wife Rachael, son Lewis and dog Odie. You might bump into them in the Mt Macedon Regional Park or walking laps around Spavin Drive Lake. He’s also keen on time with family and friends at the footy, beach or races.

Brendon takes pride in being a vibrant contributor to the family business. He’s proved himself with negotiation skills and strong sales results. He also services clients with residential and commercial leasing.
