Terry Freeman

When it comes to local experience, no one can match Terry Freeman. He started his career in St Marys in 1964, at the age of 20, making him undoubtedly the most experienced person in real estate in the Nepean region.

The son of a real estate agent, and born and raised in St Marys, he has spent his whole life selling properties in the area. He knows the place so well that he doesn’t need a map, and this in-depth local knowledge gives him a distinct advantage. “For a given property, I know how many minutes it is to all the nearby amenities that buyers are looking for—parks, bus and train, schools, clubs, hotels and good eateries,” says Terry.
