Alouise, who resides locally at Claremont Meadows, has deep real estate experience, after starting her commercial career in insurance.

Cutting her teeth in real estate as part of Raine & Horne St Marys hard-working reception team, Alouise moved to property management, where she was responsible for tenant ingoings, outgoings, and lettings. Her career then shifted into administration, where she worked closely with Raine & Horne St Marys’ principals, Vince and Therese Turner.

Looking for her next challenge at the start of 2014, Vince agreed to shift Alouise into the highly experienced strata management team led by Helen Turner and Bruce Kilgour. “As part of the administration team, I worked closely with Vince, who oversees the entire operation, at Raine & Horne St Marys, including strata management. This means that even when I was working in administration, I was fielding strata management calls.”

A savvy and qualified real estate practitioner, who has a Certificate of Registration, Alouise has taken to strata management like a duck to water. On a daily basis, she involves herself in the management of the accounts of Raine & Horne St Mary’s 550 body corporates, any changes of governance, as well as taking plenty of client calls. Always affable, the former insurance assistant can even manage any insurance claim on behalf of a body corporate, which is another unique service offered by Raine & Horne St Marys’ market-leading strata management team.
