A former long-time head chef at Parramatta’s famous The Kings School, Property Officer, Adam Price has shown himself to be a jack of all trades since joining Raine & Horne St Marys in 2014. 

As a property officer, you’ll find Adam conducting routine inspections, outgoing inspections, open for inspections, and much more – and no matter what he turns his considerable attention to, you can expect him to deliver quality customer service in spades. “I always do everything at 110%. Anything less than my best is not good enough and I always take a customer first approach to everything I do.”

Renowned for his faultless punctuality, Adam will always confirm meetings with tenants and is at all times helpful, courteous and committed to presenting an investment property in its very best light. 

A very fast learner with an excellent memory and eye for detail, Adam, who lives at St Clair, learnt more in his first seven months in real estate than others have in seven years. “I lived in the local area, growing up in Penrith, before shifting to Mount Druitt and St Clair, and was delighted to be given the opportunity to work locally in real estate,” said Adam.
