Over $10,000 worth of prizes won at Raine & Horne’s 2025 international kickstart conference

February 10, 2025

Raine & Horne's highly anticipated one-day real estate conference ‘Thrive 25’ was a resounding success, bringing together over 350 top-performing real estate professionals. The event, held both in person and via livestream, attracted participants from across the company’s international network spanning Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Malaysia, and Dubai.

The conference featured an impressive lineup of headline speakers, including entrepreneur Mark Bouris, high performance coach and motivational expert Niik Stewart, and the Sydney Swans leadership team. These industry leaders shared actionable insights on personal and business growth, mindset, and leadership strategies, aimed at maximising individual performance potential for the year ahead.

Held at the $70 million[i] state-of-the-art Sydney Swans headquarters in Moore Park, Thrive 25 attendees were treated to a range of powerful presentations that included Emma Murray, Sydney Swans Club Psychologist, and NAB’s Head of Economics, Dean Pearson, who delivered enthralling insights in the field of behavioural economics and its applications in real-world scenarios.

Raine & Horne staff whether principals, in sales or property management or administration had the ability to join informative sessions covering topics ranging from recruitment to residential and commercial strategies and insights, design and digital marketing, and more.

“I am proud that everyone in our network was able to attend such a wide range of informative sessions, providing them with the insights they need to succeed in business and life,” said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne.

The international real estate network hosted a wild card draw for attendees with the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Uluru, valued at $10,000. The all-expenses-paid trip includes everything needed for an unforgettable experience, such as round-trip airfare, luxury accommodation, guided tours, and a variety of unique experiences that showcase the beauty and culture of Australia’s iconic landmark.

Nicolas Heath from Raine & Horne Goulburn was the lucky recipient of this extraordinary Uluru prize experience. Attendees also had the chance to win a signed Sydney Swans guernsey, presented by NAB, which went to Aiden Chalker from Raine & Horne Kyogle.

Newly-appointed Raine & Horne CEO, Chris Nicholl, emphasised the importance of fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the group, which was a key focus of the conference.

“A conference of this scope and scale not only delivers a platform for professional development, but it also brings together our extensive group who benefit from networking opportunities and more,” says Mr Nicholl.

“Participants I spoke to were inspired and equipped with strategies to thrive in their local real estate markets in 2025.”

Looking ahead, Raine & Horne are preparing for another year of expansion following the highly-publicised acquisition of New Zealand real estate network, Mike Pero Real Estate, in early 2024.

"Our success, particularly in expanding into New Zealand and launching new offices in over 70 locations in 2024, reflects the strength of the Raine & Horne brand and our focus on innovation, applied technology, training––and importantly, people and collaboration," added Mr Nicholl.
