Experience and drive set Jim apart. Jim Arvanitakis has been a Real Estate Principal since 2001. Making his start in sales back in 1997, Jim’s devotion to his work with buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants saw him rapidly progress through the ranks, leading to him opening his own office in August 2001. And he’s been bringing that same commitment and drive to his work ever since.


Jim’s strength is in understanding the prevailing market. This insight allows him to not only advise clients of their best options but also support his team members with planning and strategies to assist their clients to achieve optimum outcomes. Likewise, Jim understands people. ‘Running a real estate office is not all about the numbers; it’s also about knowing people and how best to help them. Every situation is unique and although the current hype about digital disruptors will affect our industry, the one thing digital can never replace is the human element.’ This understanding also sees Jim as a team-orientated leader and inspires a win-win attitude in his team members, driving great outcomes where no real estate problem is too difficult.


His years in the industry have not dulled Jim’s passion; he still loves the thrill of putting a deal together and helping people progress their plans. Jim invites all his past and present clients to pass on his details to family and friends with the confidence that if they need sound real estate advice they will be in great hands.
