Sam Wakefield
Born into the world of sheep and cattle, Sam Wakefield’s passion for station life and livestock has been the backbone of his career. Starting his journey at just 16 years old with a traineeship at Elders in Mildura, his natural talent as an agent and dedication to the agricultural industry quickly became evident, setting the foundation for a dynamic and successful career.
While Sam’s background includes real estate sales, he chose to first master the livestock industry before stepping into the property market. This decision led Sam and his wife Taila to Esperance, where they embraced a new opportunity with Westcoast Rural Real Estate following its partnership with Raine & Horne. Together, they are committed to delivering a fresh and honest approach to real estate in the region.
Sam's rural property expertise extends far beyond transactions. He takes pride in understanding the unique aspects of his clients' farming operations and offering valuable advice to help enhance their enterprises. For Sam, real estate is about more than just selling farms; it’s about preserving the legacy of each property and connecting it with the right buyer who can continue its story.
When Sam isn’t hard at work, you’ll likely find him enjoying life by the beach, beer and fishing rod in hand, or spending quality time coaching football and playing cricket with the local community. His extensive network, built through daily interactions with farmers and rural businesses, reflects his genuine approach and strong connections in the agricultural world.
With a focus on delivering authentic advice, nurturing lasting relationships, and understanding the heart of rural properties, Sam Wakefield is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and ensuring their properties are in the right hands.
