Raine & Horne Strathalbyn, under the exceptional leadership of Mr Brendan Saunders, Mr Nick Grosvenor, and rural specialist Mr Paul Clifford, solidified its position as a leader in South Australia’s real estate market. The leading real estate office celebrated a standout evening by winning multiple awards at the Raine & Horne SA State Awards, held on Saturday night in Adelaide.

However, Raine & Horne Unley, headed by Mr Con Pappas and Mr Jacky Yang, is rapidly closing the gap with impressive performances of its own in the awards.

Held at the stunning Jackson Square warehouse venue, the sold-out event was attended by Raine & Horne Executive Chairman Mr Angus Raine and CEO Mr Chris Nicholl. Mr James Trimble, General Manager SA & WA, once again proved a marvellous master of ceremonies, making for an exciting and memorable evening.

The sold-out event, which brought together Raine & Horne’s best talent in South Australia, underlined the outstanding achievements of agents and offices across the state. A highlight of the evening was the performance of ex-Australian Idol and X-Factor competitor Reigan Derry. Also, a former employee of Raine & Horne, Ms Derry delivered a powerful rendition of the legendary Great Southern Land by Icehouse, perfectly capturing the theme “Part of the Landscape”—which aligns with Raine & Horne’s national brand campaign.

The event celebrated outstanding achievements for 2024, with Raine & Horne Strathalbyn winning Top Office—Sales GCI and Top Office—Number of Sales Transactions, repeating its success from 2023. Raine & Horne Unley ran second in the office Sales GCI category and third in the Number of Sales Transactions, behind second-place Raine & Horne Two Wells, led by Mr Neil Bowden. Mr Bowden enjoyed a great night personally winning the Top Salesperson Number of Sales Transactions and Top Salesperson Sales GCI.

Mr Grosvenor of Raine & Horne Strathalbyn edged out Raine & Horne Unley’s Mr Yang in the Top Principal – Number of Sales Transactions category. While Mr Yang finished second in Top Principal – Sales GCI behind Mr Clifford, he was elevated to the Prestigious Raine & Horne Chairman’s Club Residential & Rural – Gold, alongside Mr Bowden.

Mr Trimble lauded the performance of Raine & Horne Strathalbyn, noting, “Brendan, Nick and Paul took over the office four years ago and have taken it to new heights. Their hard work has firmly established them as one of the top real estate offices in South Australia.”

Mr Raine expressed his excitement about being at the Raine & Horne SA State Awards event, following the impressive attendance of Raine & Horne’s South Australian offices at Thrive 25, the super brand’s annual kick-off event held earlier this month at the state-of-the-art Sydney Swans headquarters in the iconic Moore Park, Sydney.
