The 'Breathe' apartment is the newest apartment, which has only recently been made available for reservation. This apartment features environmentally sustainable design and has automated climate controls, a moveable kitchen bench with induction cooktop, and a cement bonded wood composite floor for thermal mass. This apartment will bring an additional source of revenue for the new owner.

A boat ramp is close by with fish-cleaning and freezing facilities, a place to park a boat and a social BBQ area.

The business has seen many changes and developments over the past 30 years including a garden master plan and major apartment renovations, and their commitment to exceptional hospitality is the hallmark of the philosophy at Modra's Apartments.

The owners' residence, a freestanding house built in 1972, comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets.
