Heidi Clapin

Heidi is an exceptionally efficient Assistant Property Manager and brings a customer focused approach to managing properties on behalf of her owners whilst understanding the needs of tenants. 

Heidi uses her strong negotiation skills to create positive outcomes, she is calm and composed under pressure and is always striving for win-win situations for all stakeholders.

She is caring, yet strict, and to the point and is appreciated for her prowess and her landlords trust her ability to multi-task and provide accurate information and timely communication.

Heidi transitioned to the Real Estate industry back in 2020 and has over 10 years of conveyancing administration, legal business management and bookkeeping experience.  She is also a Justice of the Peace Commissioner for Declarations.

Property Management is her passion and Heidi has built long-established relationships within the industry and she thrives off the interactions she has formed with her Landlords, tenants, co-workers, and tradies alike.
