Carlingford, NSW (18 December 2017) – Raine & Horne has launched an office in Carlingford led by experienced local real estate professionals Francis Wong and Jenny Zhang.

Strategically, the establishment of the new office will enable Raine & Horne to service a market that is undergoing significant structural change.

Mr Wong said Raine & Horne’s 134-year history as an Australian real estate leader influenced his decision to launch the new business.

On the market front, Mr Wong said sales listings are in short supply, while buyer numbers are fewer than at the start of the year.

“The big difference however, is that we have more genuine buyers than tyre-kickers. Therefore, if you price a Carlingford property sensibly, you’ll be likely to secure a sale,” said Mr Wong.

Ms Zhang is also excited by the opportunity to link with Raine & Horne and to achieve her dream of business ownership.
