 Carol has been servicing the Jackson’s Landing area pretty much from the beginning of Construction – she knows every Strata Agent and Building Manager and has established close knit relationships with key contacts you would want your Property Manager when it comes to managing your investment property.

 Always up for a challenge, Carol made the bold moving of studying abroad when she was 17 years old. Initially working in Hong Kong in the commercial sector, she then went on to specialise in prestige residential leasing and building management for global developer Savills, later progressing to MICM in Melbourne, where she managed a vast portfolio of over 300 properties.

A property owner herself, Carol has an intrinsic knowledge and understanding of both sides of the market. This position gives her incredible insights not just in the special needs of both landlords and tenants, but also the immense gravity of hiring a Property Manager who treats your property as their own.
