Amplify attracts 1000s of more eyeballs to rental property

February 28, 2019

Amplify, a world first initiative in artificial intelligence (AI) technology is having a dramatic impact on attracting the attention of thousands of aspiring tenants to individual South Australian properties listed for rent with our firm.

Our exclusive Amplify technology has reached more than 32 million Australian eyeballs in 2018, with over 4 million consumers viewing properties marketed by the international real estate Superbrand.

Gwen Levesque, an award-winning, Senior Property Manager from our Gawler office says her team has observed significant spike in traffic to the office’s website since adopting Amplify last year. “A house at 10 Cameron Terrace, Mallala, currently available for rent has attracted over 1000 views on our website, a click through rate of 27% with average reading times of 1 minute 47 seconds,” Gwen says. “This level of activity was unheard of in the past with typical views closer to 20, while the average real estate industry click-through rate is 0.98% and average reading times are 9 seconds[1].

“We’ve also had more enquiries from new landlords looking for property managers to manage their properties because of Amplify.”

Amplify is helping our Gawler office’s property management listings rent more rapidly too, notes Gwen. “With enquiry levels higher, we are talking to more people and receiving more applications. More enquiries mean we have an increased chance of securing the best possible tenant at the highest possible price.

Since adopting Amplify, Gwen is adamant her office has galloped ahead of the competition. “Amplify is setting our landlord’s properties apart from those listed by our competitors as they are not able to offer this unique product and it has also become a great listing tool for us to attract more property management business.

“We have also seen an increase of 10-15 more inquiries coming through our website for individual properties than previously when relied solely on the traditional real estate portals. Moreover, by using Amplify more, we've been able to reduce significantly our advertising costs, a saving that we pass onto our landlords.

“We have even had landlords from interstate view their properties through Amplify and share it with their friends and family.”

Better still, as a marketing tool, Amplify won’t cost landlords an arm of a leg. “At only a reasonable price, it is easy for our landlords to see the value in Amplify given most people understand social media and how effective it is as a marketing platform.”
