TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: We first met Aline Green about 2 years ago when she moved into a unit only a short distance from our home at Hastings Point. We would occasionally cross paths on our way to the beach and Aline was always very friendly, welcoming and engage in neighbourly chit chat on these occurrences. It wasn't until about 6 months ago however when we decided to look for a permanent tenant for our holiday unit that we contacted Raine and Horne Real Estate at Pottsville and realised Aline worked there. Aline was heavily involved in finding us a really great tenant, conducting open houses and going through the procedures to complete the required paperwork and complying with the regulatory requirements. Throughout these processes Aline was always very well presented, upbeat, punctual, personable and quick to engage easily in conversation with everyone who looked at the property. The result being that our excellent tenant continues to live there and we have no hesitation in recommending Aline for any similar role that requires a bubbly personality and good communication and organisational skills.
