Duarte commenced his real estate career in 1984, going on to hold Associate Director
and Director positions with a number of big-name real estate firms.

Duarte has extensive experience in marketing property, value adding, lease packaging
and identification of sites for ‘Design and Construct’ on behalf of major clients and
lessees.

With 35 years of experience transacting residential, commercial and industrial
property across Sydney, Duarte knows what it takes to sell a variety of large
residential, commercial and industrial transactions.

In addition, Duarte has been reguarly appointed to represent, sell and professionally
market residential, industrial and commercial property on behalf of numerous
corporations, instutitions and government agencies.
