Hi there! I’m Michelle. In late 2005, my husband Gary and I made a significant move to Toowoomba, where we embarked on an exciting new chapter by purchasing the lease on a 19-room motel. We ran the motel for over 12 years while our two wonderful daughters, Olivia and Gemma (now 25 and 23), were in school.
During our time in Toowoomba, I pursued my Real Estate Licence after a close family member introduced us to the concept of Management Rights. This new direction was a great fit, and in late 2018, we moved back to Brisbane to manage two large complexes in Springfield—one with 118 units and another with 68 units. After managing these complexes until February 2022, we transitioned to overseeing a new complex in Pimpama with 87 units, where I continue to work today.
One of my core strengths is communication. I believe clear, transparent communication is essential for building strong relationships with investors and tenants alike. By keeping everyone informed and addressing concerns promptly, I ensure that property operations run smoothly and that investors are always in the loop.
Honesty is another pillar of my approach. In the property management field, trust is paramount. I strive to be straightforward and ethical in all dealings, ensuring that investors can rely on me to act in their best interests and provide accurate, honest assessments of their property’s performance.
Lastly, my attention to detail sets me apart. Managing multiple properties requires a meticulous eye to ensure that every aspect—from maintenance to financial reports—is handled with precision. This attention to detail helps in identifying potential issues before they become problems and ensures that investors' properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, and going for walks. These activities help me recharge and stay balanced, allowing me to bring my best to my professional role every day.
