Denise Christou

The Adelaide Hills is my stomping ground! I love the familiarity, long-time friends and lifestyle that goes with it. My favourite happy place is anywhere with my partner, Anthony and seeing our combined family. Apart from family, property management, rent roll growth, mentoring and living the Adelaide Hills lifestyle are my greatest passions. I started out in the local real estate scene in 2002 and after coming from a law firm in Queensland, where I had been a Conveyancer, found my niche in property management.

You will find me direct and social with a great sense of humour and a constant need to be busy. I love challenges, and people. I am a people person and helping others is at the core of my motivation. I aspire to share with others through achieved knowledge and build on the profession of our industry and clients, while helping to build a workplace that the Raine & Horne team loves coming to everyday.

I am totally focused on my client base to ensure their needs are met and that the right occupants are selected for their properties, in turn, making all our jobs easier.  I focus on respect for all, as this is a right for everyone.  I am an investor myself in several States and have also completed a 9 house family development on glasshouse land in Henley Beach which gave me great insight into the world of development and investment.

I love the variety of my role here at Raine & Horne which includes new business, office management and property management. My passions within these fields are client care and follow up, business development and generally making sure everyone is happy.
