MY new property manageress is truely an amazing lady who actually helps to solve any possible problems for me, to the best of her ability, in my investment property. For example and a most impressive one ; that there was a fire instance on my property about six months ago, not long after Anna joined the company, with some advice from her supervisor, she was able to liaise with Fire Brigade, Police and my Insurance Company to have the disaster smoothened over. During the repairing and renovation stage Anna kept a watchful eye for me during my absence. Once the restoration was completed, Anna actually contacted all the affected units making sure the tenants were comfortable.It's a reflection of the human care that The Agent bestowed on people. Anna was able to take over the task from her predecessor without any difficulty; especially as she just walked in as a new comer for the team.
