Demand returns to speculative industrial unit market in Sydney’s inner west

The decision to build the units at the Fitzroy Industrial Estate in Fitzroy Street, Marrickville and Prime Business Park, corner of Hogan Avenue and Bolton Street Sydenham, is a strong indicator that small industrial units in Sydney’s Inner West are in demand, and as a consequence, developers are moving forward with speculative projects.
