REA names Raine & Horne Commercial principal top commercial sales agent in Queensland

Brisbane commercial property sales ace Trent Bruce, Managing Director of Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North, has been named by REA as Queensland’s Top Commercial Sales Agent.

Mr Bruce was recently recognised as Raine & Horne Commercial’s Top Auction Lister, Top Principal - Sales $ Value and Top Principal – No. of Sales nationally regularly wins awards because he and his team use the auction process to sell commercial real estate.  

In 2022, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North sold a fully leased medical/retail investment at Albany Creek - dubbed a trophy property - for $8.3 million via auction and, more recently, vacant land at 535 Zillmere Road, Zillmere for $7.91m.

“Trent and his team regularly win awards because they invest heavily in employing and training younger agents in commercial real estate sales and leasing skills,” said Mr Raine.
