Brendan is a fully qualified, Licensed Real Estate Agent & Auctioneer. He has been involved in the real estate industry for 32 years operating exclusively in the Mosman, Cremorne & Neutral Bay area.

Brendan has lived in Mosman all his life and currently resides in Balmoral with his wife and three young children.

Since purchasing Raine & Horne Mosman 24 years ago Brendan has led his team to consistently rank within the Top 10 Raine & Horne offices in Australia.

Brendan, personally, has been regularly recognised for his repeated achievements of outstanding results with a procession of awards & honours including regularly being recognised as one of the top few salespeople in the nation. 

Brendan is responsible for scores of top end property transactions in Mosman including the highest price for a non-waterfront home, 29 Stanley Avenue, for $15.25 million.  Within a year he then broke this record by selling 17 Mandolong Road for $18 million.  He also held the record for the highest price for a single dwelling on the North Shore – 16 Hopetoun Avenue for $22.5 million. These records held for 11 years from 2007 to 2018.
