Raine & Horne Morphett Vale is currently seeking an experienced and motivated, part-time real estate sales administrator & receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales processes, and assisting with marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Coordinate sales activities, such as processing contracts, handling paperwork, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, such as preparing marketing materials including both digital & print.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering office phone, opening & closing the office & managing all reception duties.
- Accurately and efficiently enter sales data into the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and provide property sales data using CoreLogic RPData.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, ordering of office supplies, preparation of client gifts & some basic house keeping.
- Work Thursdays & Fridays 9am to 5pm + the possibility of Wednesdays.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent organisational skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service skills are required to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.
- The ability to work accurately and attention to detail are essential, as the job involves managing paperwork and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
- Experience with Real Estate Manager (REM) Compass Plus (Vault) Canva, Publisher & Trello preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to communicate with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively is essential.

- Residency & knowledge of the City of Onkaparinga preferred.
