Just wanted to convey our thanks. Since coming on board, we have really enjoyed Jess looking after our property. Her communication is regular and concise and she really has given us the feeling that we are in good hands.

I would like to say a huge thank you for your amazing help looking after our property. As you can appreciate, not living close by to deal with day to day issues that may arise with the property, it is extremely comforting that anything that requires attention from you is dealt with immediately. I would also like to thank you for your screening process in placing good tenants in the property. We had previously lived through a nightmare experience with a former Property manager who did nothing to address major issues (both social and property damage) that were caused by an inappropriate decision by placing an unchecked tenant in the property. I really appreciate everything you do in the management of this property, including following up emails on your day off, to ensure that our property was not left without a tenant, when notified that our current tenant was vacating. I cannot believe how seamless you made the process with one moving out on 21st and the new tenant moving in on 23rd, not to mention the increase in rent.

Emma and I can not speak highly enough of Jess. Throughout our whole process, from helping us find a suitable rental property to finding the perfect tenants, Jess has gone above and beyond with nothing ever being to much. If anyone is looking to purchase/lease an investment property I would strongly suggest they contact Jess for a stress free process. Thank you again Jess, look forward to the next one.

After renting an apartment for 3 years with Raine and Horne Maitland, I needed to urgently move to accommodate my new pets and Karien and Jess were there to help and found me a much more suitable property. They went above and beyond to make my transition to the new place as fast and easy as possible, helping with all services I required and were always there if I needed to call or drop in and see them.
