NOVEMBER AUCTIONS

As we approach the end of a busy year with our last auctions being held in December, it truly will be a wonderful opportunity for everyone to take a well-deserved break and recharge. This week we have launched 4 property campaigns. While this is a smaller selection compared to earlier trends this year, it's a great time for potential buyers and sellers to prepare for a busy 2025, especially for those planning renovations.

Earlier in November, we had the privilege of listing three charming terraces that had been in the same family for over 40 years. The response was incredible, with over 600 visitors coming through, we successfully sold all three properties before the auction date! The results exceeded our vendors' expectations, and all three buyers were thrilled to secure their piece of Enmore.
