JULY 31ST AUCTIONS
Despite the chilly conditions, buyers are turning out in greater numbers, with a 16% increase in groups attending open for inspections, according to the latest June data from Raine & Horne.
Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne, stated that higher interest rates, and even the threat of further rate hikes, are failing to dampen buyer demand.
Wednesday night's auctions were a huge success, thanks in large part to the exceptional efforts of our agents and the entire team in managing the campaigns. Our Winter properties have been so well-received, we had 3 sell prior behind the scenes leading up to this week. The stats speak for themselves: over 158,375 website views, 1,734 enquiries, 1,695 inspection attendees and 16 registered bidders.
