AUGUST AUCTIONS
On Wednesday night, we held our in room monthly auction event featuring nine properties. We successfully sold eight of them, with one still under negotiation. Our team takes immense pride in the auction process that drives our clients' success. Each sale is a major achievement for us, and we wholeheartedly support our clients throughout the campaign. With 5- 10 registered bidders per property, this means over 50 potential buyers missed out. With relationships at the forefront of what we do we will continually liaise with our database by presenting them with new opportunities tailored to their needs. What we do works because we nurture, communicate transparently and foster long term relationships - something we have been doing for over 40 years.
