Content Creator

The Role:

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is integral to showcasing our brand, properties, and community engagement across social media platforms. This position is a full time role but requires working on Saturdays with a RDO during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for our social media platforms, including market updates, property tours, team updates, client testimonials, and community highlights.
• Create high-quality visuals and graphics to support social media campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to understand key messaging and showcase listings effectively.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating content tailored to each platform.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and engaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in content creation, particularly filming, producing, and editing video content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must work Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Required: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
