Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith engaged to market strata space at the new Nepean Health Hub in Kingswood.

June 19, 2019

Cornerstone Building Developments has engaged Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith to seek expressions of interest from the market for the pre- lease and purchase of strata space in a state-of-the-art health hub in the heart of the Penrith hospital precinct at 84-88 Parker Street Kingswood.

“Penrith Council has approved a Development Application for the Nepean Health Hub in Kingswood, a six-level 6,750 square metre medical building that comes with flexible 1,250 square metre floor plates,” said agent John Budin, Sales & Leasing Consultant, Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith. “There will also be three levels of basement car parking for over 180 vehicles and flexible tenancy areas available.”

Nepean Health Hub is adjacent to Nepean Public and Private Hospitals. Benefiting from a $1 billion investment, the hospital precinct will see a massive expansion in the operational capacity of health services to address the needs of the broader community. “The proximity of Nepean Health Hub to the Penrith region medical precinct is sure to attract exceptional enquiry and interest from medical practitioners who are tenants or purchasers,” advised John.

The Hub is also ideally located because of its access to the M4, Great Western Highway and Sydney Rail Network and Kingswood station. “The Hub is just 1.5km from the Penrith CBD, and it is also within easy reach of Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek and the infrastructure associated with that massive project,” John said.

Cornerstone Building Developments (CBD) Director Simon Heazlewood told the Western Weekender that the development will fill a service delivery need for residents in the Penrith area. “According to the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, there are a number of undersupplied services in the area and this development will offer a multi-modal, integrated medical office building to address this need in the region,” he said.

“The Nepean Health Hub is a one-stop health destination and is designed to deliver everything from general practice, specialists, allied health, mental health, diagnostic imaging, dental, pharmacy, research and skin clinics.

“We believe this is great news for the region and look forward to delivering a state-of-the-art facility, bringing together those at the forefront of modern health delivery to fulfill our vision of achieving exceptional health and wellbeing for all communities.”

Construction of the Nepean Health Hub is expected to commence in the next few months and it’s expected to be completed by late 2020.
