To celebrate the new season, our Property Management department is offering (for the first time ever!) a special all-inclusive property management fee for all new managements signed during Spring.

What does an 'all-inclusive fee' mean?

It means there are no hidden surprises. You'll know exactly what your property management expenses are each week and you won't be required to pay ad-hoc fees that arise whenever a tenant vacates or when a lease is renewed.

• Rent collection & disbursement

• Advertising on Domain & Realestate
• Lease preparation
• Tenant selection & application processing
• Private inspections & open homes
• Landlord portal

The only exclusion is if we are required to attend tribunal on your behalf, our hourly tribunal rate will be applicable.

I already have a Property Manager though?

No problems - Did you know it's completely free to switch Property Managers? Your current Property Manager won't charge you for switching and we'll handle all the paperwork, communication and even pick up keys on your behalf.
